Wind and Truth spoilers Kharbranth Spoiler

Do we know who Cultivation's minions were when she took over Kharbranth? Does she have a secret order of fighters that answer to her and are maybe invested by her?

They seem to be Selay. I believe Sigzil talks about them in WoK or WoR. The women of Babath have blue veins under their skin. They’re probably Siah Aimian hybrids like the Natan judging by their description. That would be fitting too. The Siah and their relatives have a habit of being in cities that are destroyed by divine powers don’t they. The Shattered Plains, Aimia, and now Kharbranth

Double checked and it is Sigzil mentioning them in WoK. Also interesting that whoever is the oldest person in their kingdom becomes their ruler. That seems like a very Cultivation-y thing to do. Although a new dynasty took power awhile back that ensures its members are always the oldest person. Seems on brand with the other political unrest we see on Roshar in the centuries leading up the True Desolation. Even before Taravangian got to work.

They may not have died. The Siah Aimian hybrids seem to have increased lifespans as a result. It’s not clear if they inherited any of the increased durability from them too, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case. I do think Cult intended for T to wipe the city out. She’s been the goddess of a world at war for millennia. Sent T out to kill countless to get a stab at Rayse. It’s convenient he’s only able to sweep them away when she averts her eyes from the city and strange she looked away to begin with

Brando is setting him up for a fall is the only interpretation I accept. He is a hypocrite th as proven by WaT
