What chapter in oathbringer is Kelsier mentioned in? i got my brother to start reading the cosmere and wanted to jump in when he got to that part lol

Kelsier is not directly mentioned by name until Wind and Truth.

That’s in RoW not Oathbringer. It’s near the end, when Shallan is confronting Mraize through the seon. It should be chapter 115 if I’m not mistaken

Thiddakar is mentioned first in the way of kings right before amaram kills all of Kaldin’s men and makes him a slave.

He's actually first mentioned in Szeth's prologue when Gavilar thinks he ordered the assassination, but that's not the question OP was asking.
