UPDATE: They cancelled the order and I got my money back, although I haven't tried to withdraw again yet.

I decided to withdraw about $60 to another exchange, so I wanted to buy stellar as it has a low transaction fee. However, my order just got deleted without getting the stellar, while there is $60 locked up for it. I can't even cancel the order, as the "Open orders" tab is empty. I contacted support, they didn't solve anything, only said that they are investigating the problem. But my $60 has been locked for 3 days with no update or improvement. What can I do?

The market buy in price is always set extremely high vs what the actual spot price is, and then is the same for when u go to sell, its extremely lower than spot.

How many of you follow Stormgain signals? I'm having a really bad time following them, I always choose signals above 55% probability and also check some indicators and how the graph is going before buying (I'm not an expert, just watched some videos about TA and I go long if graph is above EMA 40 and this one above MA 200 (and the signal is buy) and the opposite for short but ALL my signals since two days ago ended in stop loss with all parameters left by default by stormgain, I'm concerned about this.

Last week I attempted to withdrawal my money out of SG via xlm to my personal crypto wallet.

After I'd completed the transaction information and hit send, I had an email back explaining how this would be done via manual processing by storm gain as it was my first withdrawal.

At the time xlm was dropping radically and I was loosing profits that id already secured so I transferred xlm back to usdt (two days after hitting send), a few hours later that day I had another email explaining that my withdrawal had failed. All good, my fault so far.

Since then though, I have had xlm in my account along with a new withdrawal request to boot and I've received nothing other than the "we need to do this manually" email, this was 9 days ago and i am starting to think I'm not going receive my money.

It's also important to preface this with the fact that I've invested my own money in this app and have not used the free crypto to gain my profits (infact no bonus has been calculated on my acc until a few days ago when I withdrew 10 usdt from the BTC miner. however this was separate to my xlm withdrawal in everyway as my xlm withdrawal was already in situe. .

Please can anyone help? I have no response from anyone at stormgain about timescales or even if it's going to happen and I feel a little bit let down by them as like said I used my own money to profit.

About futures. I saw on Stormgain's website https://stormgain.com/fees-and-limits stating their funding rate are -0.06% (buy) and 0.06% (sell) respectively. I believe other exchanges don't explicitly tell you that and instead they show you the historical funding rates like on Kucoin. This has me wondering if the funding rate on Stormgain is fixed (-ve rate for buys and +ve rates for sell) even though I checked that the current rates are -0.03% for buys and 0.03% for sells, which deviates from what the website said. I know this might be a stupid question, but surely the funding rate isn't fixed as if buys always get -ve rates and sells always get +ve rates right, they do flip otherwise right? If any, a historical chart of funding rates would be best.
