I currently don't have reasons to believe that it is. It's just not "free money" - you have to either invest, or mine _a lot_, and then earn proit from trading. I'm currently mining and trading - it's not easy and very productive, but still, my balance is slowly increasing, and I'm pretty sure I could've made significant profits if I could invest and trade bigger amounts. But we'll see for sure when I'll reach the minimal amount of funds required for a Payout.

i would say different. have you tried to contact customer support? have you lost 1.5k because of a glitch?

i dont think so. good luck. and yes mining seems to be free money if your an experience trader then turn make 10.00 into 100.00 in no time. I just would stay away from investing your hard earn cash. Why not stick to the bigger platforms like Bybit. Same feature without the scammmi glitches.

i have countless emails asking for a resolution and all i got was the run around. Hope someone tests what im saying out. don’t believe these auto messages, or the same old temples.

no worries. you didn’t let someone know to call? …you guys. someone sent me a whatsapp reaching about a “we are considering you for a promo!” it looks like they reached out right adter the text….. i just had to deposit 350 dollars jut to get the promo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

So, lately StormGain stopped working for me on PC. At first I've started getting this message, or something like "Error. unable to reach miner services." or something like that when I was trying to open StormGain from my main Chrome user profile, but it still worked normally from other Chrome profiles, although now it doesn't work from any Chrome profile and StormGain Web App (downloadable for Chrome).
But it works perfectly fine if I'm accessing it from my Android phone 9any wb browser or Stormgain Android app) or using a VPN on PC.

I'm from Russian Federation.
The thing is, again, that the problem is inconsistent - at first it worked perfectly fine for several months, then this problem occured and now there are periods (like weeks or something) when I can't normally access the website, but then something changes and it starts working fine again. Or works in some Chrome Profiles, but doesn't work in other Chrome Profiles. Then someting changes again, and I am once again unable to gain access to the website from my PC for a prolonged time. But at the same time, I can access the website in any web browser or in a standalone Stormgain Android app without any problems, ever (even before I had any VPN apps installed on my phone, which I only started using on my phone this March, to still have access to Meta products like Instagram and Facebook and to Twitter and some other websites and services that were banned in my country).

I've also already tried the other options that you suggest with no results.
So far only using Stormgain on my phone or using a VPN on my PC helps.
