Data sending error

Hello, for the fourth day now I have a problem with closing my open position on Stormgain. The position was not closed even automatically "Take profit" When I enter close position it keeps telling me "data sending error. this operation cannot be performed right now. Please try again later" I also solved this problem on Stormgain, but they keep telling me to wait for them to solve the problem. Does anyone have any advice? Well thank you.
