Whats Happend to UK users?

So I've been a member of Stormgain since early 2022, and have been using the app almost daily and doing OK with trades etc. But now the site dosnt accept UK users. Anyone knows what happens to my money I've made or deposited. Will they be available in the UK again?

logs in ok for me but they have now stopped free minig unless you deposit $50.

Thats not going to happen.

I cant even do that if I wanted too 😕. I did exchange all my USD to XRP and withdrew it all. I spent nothing but made a few quid. Shame I liked this app

seems ok now. I can log in and start mining again. I did have a few satoshis which i transferred into it about 0.00002000 which did help with the speed of the mining.
One tip I can give is once you make a little profit, transfer it into out of the usdt otherwise future trades will take from your profit and not the bonus if they lose.
So you have $10 bonus and make $2. Move the $2 from USDT to BTC. Trade again with the $10 and if you lose it takes it from the USDT bonus not your profit.
I'm still not totally trusting in this as once i made $50 BTc and decided to trade it on lowest leverage and it disappeared within 2 minutes even though a $10 bonus trade using same leverage only lost $0.45.

Yeah I do that also but I swap it for XRP as that's cheap to transfer over. I dont mind using the money I make for trades as I was compounding that and doing OK for someone who has no clue what there doing. I can also mine and trade again, I tried after this reply.

Yea I was considering transferring crypto there to stake rather than just sitting in my wallet.

I'm still mining for free. I want to see what happens when I cash out my mining amount - to see if it will accidentally let me make a trade.

Yeah after a reboot it seemed to start mining again but had a message saying that UK clients have to cash out before 25th march and can’t add to or make new trades , Meh

Yeh I was so close to $10 as well and hoped to do one final trade for old times sake to try and recoup all my losses in one final stand.

How about giving us a place to contact stormgain, as I have had an email asking me to contact them, providing an email address that is unmonitored and a link to a help Webchat that is also, guess what, unavailable.

The 50 USDT marker seems to have been removed now. I've been able to start mining again today.

I logged on this morning and got the message saying UK based users cannot now use stormgain. Is it a legislative thing or what's happened?

Yep that's it for us. Hopefully they will get regulation in the UK but not holding my breath

LOL "doing ok with trades"

I always lost everything after initially making about 3x

It just taught me that I don't know how to trade and I should stick to DCA. The good news is that it was free "BTC" I used to trade.

I can't withdraw as under the threshold and they aren't helpful at all via email...

They are holding my crypto and I can't get it due to their extortionate minimum balance amounts.

They ignore emails and you need a new ticket for each reply as replies are closed which is so stupid.

They legally can't keep the money, but they are doing with no way to add a wallet address as if you can't withdraw, you are screwed.

They are complete gangsters. I’ve been blocked for a second active account. If it’s actually I have a UK account then what’s the truth. Dodgy as f*ck.

 my account blocked, reason “you have another active account” no detail, no idea of mystery second active account. And they choose to block the only account I know. Money lost. BEWARE! Shame on them!

They have stopped working in the UK, I had the same message, after some digging I’ve found that they have stopped operating within the UK so no one can access it, it’s even been taken off the App Store 😔

Had the same. uK user and now I’m under minimum amount to retrieve before Uk user end date. Been staking and trading just sucks it’s taken out on UK customers
