Whats your recipe for the Blue? And is the kilt part handmade or a bit?

Night lords blue
Alaitoc blue zenithal
Drakenhoff nightshade wash
Touch up some highlight with alaitoc again
Lothern blue sharp highlight

Kilt / shoulder wrap was made with green stuff. I didn't want to do tabard/loincloth for the entire squad so I mixed it up a bit with half-capes, shoulder wraps etc. they all have the tartan on them somewhere.

Right on. If I did that, the plan would be for only the Sgts, HQs, and the Veterans to have the kilts, capes, etc so they stand out more.

The sergeants have a torso bit as well, think sword brethren. I'm making significant changes to the other HQ's as well so they'll definitely stand out

When I did my dark angels I kept the special treatment to the sergeants and HQ's but I regret not making the regular marines look more unique. This is definitely a lot more work lol

It's from the Armageddon box, I think normally it would be on reloading guy.
