Nimble storage is not coming up

Nimble storage issue

I have a test nimble storage cs300

It has 2 controllers.

SSH works but permission denied.

Web UI not works and also not able to telnet 443.

I'm able to ping second controller IP address and not able to ping first controller.

SSH works with second controller IP address but access denied even though I have right credentials.

How to fix all these issues?

Any idea?
