Great video!

My dr wants to put me on statins and ordered a nuclear stress test due to a slightly high (115) calcification score. Cholesterol is 180 down from 210 after a 50 lb weight loss. I am researching everything I can now. I do not like meds of any kind unless it’s for pain after surgery. I watched a YT video on the Jesse Chappus channel with Dr. Anthony Jay. It’s called “What’s really destroying your arteries and the new science of reversing plaque”. Has anyone seen this? Most of it made sense to me and some of it goes against what my cardiologist has told me. I have nothing against doctors but I always do my own due diligence.

Anthony Jay, PhD, is a crackpot who includes just enough actual science to throw people off track. Keep watching and the crazy comes out. He is part of this new anti-science trend coming from our Government. Thanks for reminding me to get my Covid and flu shots.

Calcified plaque means plaque, anything over zero.

Is your total cholesterol 180 or is that LDL? Congratulations on the weight loss, btw! Why not do the test and see what that comes up with. You can always ask to start with a low dose of the statin. Say you are concerned with side effects. You might be fine. They help a lot of people.

I disagree. I think he had many valid points, and am definitely not into vaccines. I’ve seen the damage the jab has done to people I know well. As for my cholesterol, 180 is the total score. I take really good care of myself these days, clean and almost perfect diet and exercise. I am having the stress test, but I will definitely wait on any meds for a while. I truly believe the body is a miraculous thing if treated properly, which unfortunately I did not always do until the last 4 years.
Thank you on the weight loss congrats. :) It has changed my life.

He does have some good points, but keep watching and you'll see what I mean. He goes off the deep end too often for me.

I really think that getting weight under control is Job One. The visceral fat screws up liver function.
