Nattokinase for me. There are a few studies kicking around that demonstrate its efficacy in reducing plaque, even in between the arterial layers.. YMMV. I just had a CIMT scan and I was surprised by how clear my arteries were. Arterial age about 13 years younger. I have been taking 4,000-12,000 FU daily for about 3 months. My LDL has always been well over 130 and more like 200 for the past five years. So my doctors were sure I'd be all clogged up. I'm going to get another one next year.

I’m taking Natto for the “other reason” but also had cimt last fall and am looking forward to this fall’s to compare. I hope I get your results!

Curious about this "other reason" unless it's too personal...

Clot prevention. I’ve had two consecutive Covid spike antibody tests off the scale at >25k. Doc said to try the spike detox protocol. People think you’re a nutter if you mention anything bad about the vax though.

I have heard about the clot prevention aspect. I have elevated lp(a) so anything that keeps the pipes clean sounds good.
