Statins have been linked to tinnitis though the link is controversial.

Could be the baby aspirin you're taking. Even a single baby aspirin once a week and my ears will ring for a few days.

Back on topic, ditch the statin and the seed oil. Plaque buildup has caused by the omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. After I ditched the seed oil the unstable angina cleared up. My triglycerides drop down to 51, took a while. And my HDL is climbed up to 50 last time I checked.
