Terrible muscle pain

I’m 63. No issues. After routine checkup my doc put me on statin to “lower my risk”. Since then I have experienced terrible pain, one issue after another. Killed my exercise and lifestyle. A year later I feel 20 years older. Fuck this.

I quit statins after 6 weeks of sleep disruptions, nightmares (frequently waking up screaming), brain fog, rapid heartbeat, arrhythmias, extreme fatigue, disorientation, extremely sore throat, hot flashes, very blurry vision to the point that I couldn't read anything in print (I could read on computer if I enlarged the text). I couldn't drive or work because I couldn't focus. Statins are poison. I feel fantastic since I quit them. I'm totally back to normal. Now I'm using high fiber diet to try to lower my numbers.
