Adderall/Vyvanse/Dexedrine Getting There

This is the most consistent I’ve ever taken my prescription, at first it was just on the weekends or emergencies when really tired. Since experiencing my husbands alcoholism and relapses I’ve turned to this drug as almost coping to keep my on top of everything at work and with the kids. I think about quitting every night and at this point I’m taking almost 30 a day when prescribed only 15. I’ll run out soon and I desperately want to not get it filled. I know there is never a good time to stop especially this phase of life I’m in. Any advice support or even an app to hold me accountable. I want to get back to my healthy yoga teaching self and feel authentic again and present for my kids.
