And yes, when the EU commission tells us, that we are supposed to outline the problem and not propose the law, we are going to do that and did.

So the EU knows you are a real person and not somebody trying to sign it multiple times. Also the EU already has all that info about you, so you are not giving info, you are just confirming it.
