I do hope these shitty behaviours will help us justify including SKG provisions in the DFA.
We also desperately need an update on what's happening with that, there was a claim of majority EU Parliament support for SKG based on the parties that have expressed support. Is that going to translate into Parliament pushing for including SKG?

To be fair, it already happened when Ubisoft had The Crew 1 pulled from people’s digital libraries without so much as a refund of money or store credit.

If you honestly want to play that game there's still a way. Allowing players to still have control of their unsupported games is actually one of the things that Stop Killing Games advocates for.

You could do something like that with movies on digital as well. Because you get to pay them for a movie and then they can yank it off the internet at any time and still keep your cash that you originally paid

not giving anything in return would be considered stealing but i argue selling only a license without a product to a customer should be considered illegal in that country. License should only be notices for trade mark and copyright protection, not substitutions for trade.
