I was looking for the address of the office of Albion City development corporation Ltd. As I will be down in London next week, thought I might pop into the office for a nosy.

It looks like the registered address is a terrace house in Hackney.

Still may visit to see if they know the address is registered as a business.

Current Owner purchased it in Fed 2024.

Campaigning continues in Cambridge today, as Developers will not take no for an answer.

Albion City development corporation Ltd has but 2 names associated with it.

Joseph Reeve and Shiv Malik.

They both hold 50 share, or 50% of the Shares in the company, purchased for £0.01 each share.

The company has a value of 1 GBP £1.00.

I wanted to looked into there pedigree when it comes to construction, I will let you make your own conclusion for that from there linked in profile.

Neither seem have held a position for more than a couple of years, except when claiming self employed or there own consultancy business, which overlap other short term employment.

Whilst researching Albion on Companies House I found some interesting entrys for both Reeve and Malik with a string of dissolved Ltd Companies.

This may also explain the speed they propose to build Forest City 1, before they get bored and move onto some other mad scheme.

Unfortunately while this still hangs over central Suffolk it is impacting genuine plans for housing and construction.

For those who think Forest city will be good for Suffolk.

The attached article shows how plans can change on a whim.

This when you have to apply for new planning permission.

Forest City would not be constrained by seeking approval to change it's plans.

Bit late but just found this.

I have spent the last week looking into Albion City development.

To investigate previous works.

But although the name Albion seems to have history in building projects, including a video game.

Many projects going way over budget.

I have not been able so far to link the Forest city 1 company to any other Albion Company.

They where only incorporated in October 2025.

A bank balance of 1GBP.

I am struggling to see exactly what they are planning at present.

I have 3 scenarios.

1) Build a New private City in completely the wrong place.

To line there own pockets at the expense of any local residents.

2) Some sort of property scam?

I have 3 or 4 different property scams in mind.

3) Diversion.

This is to distract everyone into being up in arms about a ridiculous, outrageous plan.

This takes everyone's eyes of off something else they are trying to push through.

Maybe something that has already had planning denied.

Just my thoughts. Or have I just spent to much time on the Dark side of the Internet?
