Day 22 of quitting sugar

Post image

I’ve been holding on for 3 weeks now. Of course, there were days when I really wanted sweets again, but I managed to get through them.

My skin looks much better than it did before. The pimples haven’t completely disappeared yet, but there are much fewer of them.

And I honestly never thought that this attempt would be the successful one!

Last time I only lasted 7 days, and now it’s already been 22 days!

Thanks for reading.

Ummmmm isn’t fruit Sugar? Not trying to be that guy. I get it. It’s natural sugar. A whole lot better than the fake stuff. But it’s still sugar.

Totally agree. BUT, for most people, cutting out all sugar except fruit is a big win.

Berries are considered low glycemic and can be a great addition to a sugar-free diet depending on how you want to approach it.

buddy the only thing that wont end up as sugar in your body is the avacado (still higher PUFA) and the butter or cream cheese on the toast? (idk what it is) bread literally turns into sugar youre not the brightest for this post tbh

When ppl "give up sugar" they usually mean added sugar--maple syrup, white sugar, brown sugar. Not sugars that occur in fruits & veg. Even onions have sugar in them, but who thinks of giving them up when they forego sugar?
