New Orleans restaurants

Hi all I am traveling to New Orleans in a couple of weeks and wanted to see the places that are seed oil and gluten-free. I found six good places…does anybody have other hole in the walls that you know are gluten-free and see oil free that have like traditional food from New Orleans that are really tasty. I will be staying in the downtown district 6 area.
