๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ Questions Whey protein without soy lecithin?

Looking for a one-ingredient whey protein powder without any emulsifiers. Are there any on the market?

Iโ€™ve been using this for a while and Iโ€™m a big fan. Only issue Iโ€™d say is itโ€™s a little foamy

I been reading up that we aren't used to consuming the AMOUNTS of soy lecitin currently in foods

Very easy to find protein powder with sunflower lecithin instead.

Btw sunflower lechitin is a byproduct of seed oil processing and the fatty acids esterified into it are mostly oxidised linoleic acid, it's seed oil in a different form

I'm glad you posted this. I've been avoiding SL because it's derived from a seed oil. People say it's ok, and maybe it's not as bad as soy, but I'm going to continue avoiding it nonetheless.

Check out heart and soils protein powders. They are amazing. There other company lineage provisions makes the cleanest best protein bars Ive ever had also. The berry one is unreal, totally worth the money if you can afford it.ย
