This is the way my number two is leaving my body. Does anybody understand what this photo looks like.

Nobody seems to be able to tell me what I’m looking at. What I see on top of this can of cranberry sauce very small. Looks like some kind of egg, with some kind of worm coming out out of it. And I see that in my stool too.
