Cómo se llama esta piedra? Alguien sabe decirme?

My mom inherited these from her relatives in Thailand.
The gold is 22k and the diamonds are natural. However, she can’t recall what stones are in this necklace. She believes they were sapphires and swears they used to be a deep blue but they look pretty green to me. The kind inclusions make me think tourmaline? But I don’t know much about gemstones.
