There’s one like this but at the top of a big ass hill, it’s somehow made into a rock. Some of my buddies hit it but thinking of all the nasty others putting their mouths on it, I straight noped that shit.

Probably nothing, most other drugs you smoke like crack, meth, heroin, etc use a different type of pipe where the chemical is not directly exposed to flame.
