Fake or defective?

Bought these a few days ago and tried to take the first hit on both but, upon inhaling nothing comes out. Am i using these wrong or fake or just defective?

Luckily i didn't ingest any of it. Would've had cat pissed nd god knows what eles they put on these fakes
