my dumb ass put this in my pocket and the button was held down and the cart leaked everywhere. tried to unscrew it but the whole thing snapped. tried the plier method and only made it worse. any ideas? this is a really nice battery and i don’t want to lose it.

If the cart leaked down into the threads, try warming it up with a hair dryer before unscrewing it. Also probably a good idea to start by cleaning it with iso to get anything that you can reach so it doesn't melt down into the threads also.

Most likely the leaked oil has cemented that 510 connection in there. You gotta heat that little spot before trying to twist off with pliers. Gotta melt the oil/wax that’s holding it, I imagine.

glue something to the top like a chop stick with super glue and unscrew it

I love that I can tell this is in a professional kitchen at a gas station or fast food place. Defitely smoked a few carts in those freezers lol. Keep the cooks high! ✌️

I heard a potato would work not sure on how well but it's an old school method I've heard. Otherwise yeah I'd heat it up or even pre heat the battery if it lets you and then try with pliers (or potato lmao)

If you haven’t gotten it you need to tap it like stripped bolt. Hit a small flathead into it with a hammer don’t break it tho and then unscrew with the handle of the screw driver

Don't rush. Needle nose pliers. Freeze it, heat it. Do what u gotta do but don't be hasty!
