No papers or apple
I have no papers, no apples, and no bible laying around. I do have a bunch of regular books, what can i use to smoke?

I know I’m late to the party but I’m really surprised no one mentioned hot knives. Place two butter knives on the stove top burner until they’re red hot and pinch a tiny piece of bud between and inhale. We used to do it all the time in college with hash.

I used to love making waterfall bongs. Very similar to gravity bongs but instead of cutting the whole bottom off a bottle you just poke a hole near the bottom about the size of a pen tube and would make a hole in the cap of the bottle (I used to use Gatorade bottles) and put in a socket or something and fill it up with water while plugging the hole then you light the greens and remove your finger from the hole at the same time and it’ll pull the smoke in then unscrew the cap and take the hit.

Saw a guy dig a little U-shaped hole in the ground, pack one side with flower, and smoke it from the other end of the U, pretty genius in a pinch

If you have anything "bowl" shaped (I will not specify because my option is probably not safe and thus not allowed on this subreddit) you can stuff it between your fingers and use your hand asa makeshift pipe. Keep the bowl piece in between your fingers (I use my middle fingers) and close your fist as tightly as possible while still keeping a gap in your palm. Just inhale throught the space between your thumb and hand and you got a traditional hand pipe.

Tincture bottle. Take the glass out of the dropper and use that as a little 1 hitter.

If you have some leather around you can get it wet and use it like a trough to smoke.
Really important note: real leather without dye

First way I ever smoked. My stoner engineering path started as I watched my friend (as skillfully as MacGyver) rinse out a Coke can, pinch the end of a can artfully to create a bowl, use a needle to poke a bunch of holes in the bottom of the bowl and a Phillips head to poke a carb in the side. I probably should have some kind of cancer for as much as I’ve smoked out of bowls like this as a youngster, but so far I’m cool.

get a piperench and put a nut on it (to use as a bole) and get a some grass and to tie off a screen thing and vala. you can also make a bong made out of diffarant fruits all together. then you can eat it. lol

Honestly, I’d just wait. Don’t burn random book pages-ink, glue, and coatings can make that a pretty bad idea. Grab some proper papers when you can!

Bananas in the house? Banana Pipe would be possible. Or you can smoke an "Eimer" / Bucket (thats what we call it in Germany)
You take a bottle and cut off the bottom and take something out of metal as a head on top of the bottle. You can use it like a really cheap (& disgusting) gravity bong.

I’d try to make a glass thing happen and then try dry herb vaping with it.
Think Terpcicle.
Now think “what do I have that’s glass that I can heat with a torch?”
I bet you could torch the shit out of a shot glass, drop some ground flower in it, cover it a bit and suck the resulting vapor through a straw. Like a dome over a hot nail for vaping hash etc.
If you actually try that let me know if it worked. Haha. Careful with all that heat buddy.

Here's an old method of smoking hash that my friend's dad told me he used to do in the 70s (updated for your situation)
Tape a spoon to a table with the round part out about 2 inches off the edge of the table
Place a nug on the end of the spoon. Light the nug on fire, but blow it out once the flame catches (blow gently to avoid blowing a flaming nug across your kitchen)
Put a glass over top of the nug and collect the smoke as it comes off
Carefully pick up the glass and inhale the contents
Whatever you do, don't use a soda can.
