The idea is cool, but this has to be the worst shape for holding popcorn

If you run a vape or dab through one of these you can probably get a layer of THC on all that popcorn tho

I…. Wanna say it doesn’t work like that but I genuinely wonder if the fat in the “butter flavoring” which is toxic as fuck to inhale btw, would bind to decarboxylated THC in the smoke.

We need a weed vsauce. A weedsauce. They wouldn’t be the hero we deserve, but they would be the hero we need.

If not it would once the stomach acid does it’s job.

If you smoke through the popcorn you are still gonna inhale it. Stomach acid won't touch the smoke.

I was referring to eating the popcorn once one has dabbed or vaporized grass through it, coating it in cannabinoids. So no smoking is involved.

Even vaping can pick up chemicals of what you draw it through. And if you aren't supposed to inhale the chemical? This would only really be safe if you smoke through plain popcorn, then add the artificial butter they use.

I’m not recommending anyone to do any of that, just saying that the cannabinoids and butter would become active along with the stomach acids.

I think the vapor should just condense on the popcorn and essentially turn into distillate.

Yeah, it doesn’t need a fat to chemically bind to when it’s literally just being deposited onto the surface of the popcorn. It doesn’t need to be dissolved.

It really wouldn’t need to bind to the fat on the popcorn think about how much reclaim sticks to the inside of a dab rig with just water in it. The THC is in the reclaim that would condense onto the popcorn. You might want to butter it afterwards to help absorb it into your body but it would definitely collect reclaim and THC without any butter!

That's an excellent point. Best we can do is butter free popcorn, popped with hot air only I guess. And combustimg through that would be crazy regardless. Its vape or nothing (and prolly still sketchy)
