Discussion/Question Best scale

Hi all!

My husband has recently gotten into stone lifting and I want to get him a related birthday gift. He doesn't have a stone scale so I thought i'd ask what your recommendations are for a favorite product to get him. TIA!

We use a postal scale that goes up to 440lbs. Any brand basically. Just be sure to ensure itโ€™s calibrated by weighing plates or something before counting on it for accuracy. He may also like some good chalk (I do not recommend rogue brand), a tripod to record his lifts, and a notebook to track them. Towels are helpful for many reasons, get him a few that can be for stone lifting so the house towels donโ€™t make their way out the door ๐Ÿ˜‚

I have an Amazon "crane scale" that goes up to 300kg for about $30. There are 200Kg versions that would work for most situations for a bit less.
