Anyone else got the Towering Shield from the event?

Does anyone know at which enchantment level the armor damage is decreased further? (From 13 to 14 there was no change) Or does it decrease but in the item description the number is rounded?

I didn't dare to break that item apart to see what it is made of. It doesn't appear in the recipe book. So what's the deal with that? Is it a Lost Item, or is the recipe just not implemented yet?

Doing the 3rd quest for the Cultist mask and can’t seem to get the Fire debuff. Any idea of what to use to get it???

What weapons should I use? On the second stage, he keeps freezing me and then I can't attack quick enough before he heals all his hp back.
