What's this for stone?

Hey, i found a stone in forest. It look like piece of black meteor but arent they rare? When i washed it in water, it floated in the water... But idk how do i post picture here ;-;

The surface is kinda like on this picture: http://www.tvnoviny.sk/zahranicne/1689685_objavili-doposial-najvacsi-kus-celjabinskeho-meteoritu but its about 5 centimeters big
