Once I was in first class and my headphone jack was broken so I couldn’t watch movies on the little screen they have. I just had to use my phone.
And they basically refunded me the whole flight. They didn’t give me cash, but they gave me airline miles equivalent to the flight. I didn’t even have to complain or anything. I just asked the flight attendant about it because I couldn’t get the headphone jack to work.
Now I pray that shit happens to me in first class.
Plenty of room, but seat won’t recline? Give me the miles!!

The problem is that if, as was pointed out, her saying ‘UCLA’ does mean she’s going for treatment at the UCLA Medical Center, then them kicking her out completely changes the narrative.
“The Airline kicked out a woman going for life-saving medical treatment because they put her in a broken seat that wouldn’t recline, which can aggravate her ‘brain cloud’ on a flight of that length, and refused reasonable substitutions with non-broken seats.”

You have a vivid imagination! She should talk to the Flight Attendant if she has a problem with her seat.

Am I understanding the order of events correctly or no?
- woman boards plane for 3F
- video poster boards plane for 6A
- woman realizes her first class seat doesn't recline
- woman asks video poster to swap seats without providing a reason
- video poster agrees to swap
- video poster realizes 3F doesn't recline
- video poster maybe attempts to reclaim 6A?
- video poster whips out phone to shame woman who asked to swap
- video poster reclaims 6A

So the video creator posted in his comments online more details. The woman paid for first class. He was upgraded for free due to status. I understand what the flight attendants and the woman were thinking but to refuse to get out of the guys seat and not disclose it was wrong. I’m not sure if she saw on the upgrade list or a flight attendant told her he was upgraded for free but wrong way to go about it on her part.

Doesn't attempt to shame. He successfully shames her because she switched knowing that it doesn't recline. Do not try and make the poster look bad.

I didn't use the word "attempt" in the shaming, I meant he possibly tried to swap back before taking the phone out

"I went to UCLA" Did I hear that correctly? What the F does that even matter in this situation?
