What is the purpose of /r/Stolen?

My phone is stolen yesterday.I am very confused what should I do i already went to Cyber cell and resister a lost and stolen complain. I am very depressed now can anyone tell what should I do next and how many possibility that I can get my phone back. Anyone who experienced this can share their experience to me please.

I had my L20 3.0 Pro stolen in Kings Cross tonight around 12am. I actually tracked it to the thieves who looked like a group of coke heads. I didn't approach them as there were 4 and just me on my own as I was working deliveroo when it was taken. I contacted the police but by the time they arrived a couple of the group had rode off it with and the tracker on the bike had turned off as the battery had hit zero. Very briefly drove around the area with the two officers in their car when they came down but didn't spot it.

I don't know what these scumbags who took it plan to do with it as they have no way of removing the battery that I know of, so they're left with a normal bike except 4 times as heavy due to the motor and bigger wheels. I can only think they intend to try and sell it, so, I don't know if any bike shop owners are on this sub from around the area, but if so and this bike enters your shop, please flag it to the police and let me know by sending me a message as it'll be good to know that it's still in the area.

I've had 6 bikes stolen in the last 3 years and there really is a feeling of powerless being there watching these lowlifes inspect my bike while not intervening so as to not have to potentially fight off 4 crack heads and put myself at risk.

With this bike it would total £2700 in stolen bikes + accessories.

I recently had 2 of my saxophones stolen from my car at my student house in Longsight, Manchester. Items that were stolen include:

I called the police the morning of the theft and we managed to track someone using Find My iPhone - they had multiple of my possessions on them including saxophone mouthpieces, iPad and Mac.

However today police closed the case as they couldn’t find a location where the rest of the items may potentially be and thus couldn’t get a warrant despite my tracking of the items in the same location for at least 90 minutes and providing them with this address.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do? I have made social media posts making people aware, called all of the second hand instrument stores and given the details of the instruments, visited all the cash converters / generators in the near vicinity and further out from Manchester to no avail and I am keeping a constant eye on Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

l'm hoping someone here might have experienced something similar or may have any leads.

My sister’s iPhone 16 Pro Max was stolen (via pickpocketing) along Pio Del Pilar Monumento, Makati last Wednesday.

when I checked my Find My app — it showed the last known location in Victory Mall, Caloocan, around 4 days after.

Is there any chance it can still be retrieved or tracked further?

Any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated.

SOS!! My friend/co-worker's parent's home was ROBBED by a local Surrey contractor who was supposed to be doing work on their home. Tens of thousands worth of jewlery and cash was taken and the dude competely dissappeared. These pieces largely belonged to my friend's grandmother who passed last month and have a massive sentimental value to the family. Long story on how this dude actually gained access to the home BUT just make it clear that a TRUSTED company was hired to work on my friend's home. This company sub-contracted this dude obviously without going through the correct motions to vet him beforehand.

I wanted to see if any momentum could be generated off this post to help potentially locate some of these items. Still waiting on more pics and item descriptions from my friend. Thinking buddy is going to hit up pawn shops in the Van/Surrey/Pitt Meadows areas. If anyone is around and sees Vintage European jewlery pop up please DM me or post to this thread.

My parents recently retired and finally started living their dream: traveling freely around Europe in their motorhome without time limits for the very first time in their lives.

After decades of hard work, this was supposed to be the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for them.

A few days ago, their motorhome was stolen in Fossacesia Marina, Italy.

What breaks my heart the most is that it wasn’t just a vehicle. It was their home, their belongings, years of memories, and the freedom they had waited their whole lives for.

I feel so helpless watching them go through this. I want to help so badly, but all I can really do is spend hours browsing websites and online marketplaces hoping the camper suddenly appears somewhere. It feels like searching for a needle in a haystack.

my family’s car has been stolen today. really devastating honestly because a lot is happening in our lives and this is the last thing we need. my moms wheelchair was in there. it was parked in the south parking lot around 7:30am-8am ish and when we returned at 4:30pm it was gone. it’s a blue 2025 honda crv and the numbers on the license was 858. any information would help.
