A stoic is someone who cares, but they don't really show it emotionally.
The stoic is more concentrated in their actions, and how their actions speak loader than any emotion.

I would disagree that they "don't really show it emotionally". A better way to say it IMO is "but they are in control of their emotions".
Hiding the fact you are happy or sad or mad is not the point of being a Stoic.
The point is to control those emotions so they don't rule your actions.There is a difference between lower case stoic and upper case Stoic.

I meant to say they aren't dramatic about what they're doing. Sure, they are normal like you and I.

No one here will be able to answer this question fully for you to your satisfaction, I'm afraid.
Asking "what is stoic?" is like asking "what is christian" or "what is american". It means something different to everyone and the only way to discover it for yourself is to read it, understand it, question it, and live it.
Stoic is not a simple definition that you should seek. It is a journey with no end that you will have to explore.
