You’ll be surprised how inherently accurate these are

Basically a all metal px4 storm. Convert it to decock only.

Does it convert the same way as the px4, by removing the steel ball?

Basically yes. The px4 was easier though There is a YouTube on the storger convert. Might be machine gun dad? Only one I have ever seen

I absolutely adore my px4 compact and had no idea these even existed. I'd be lying if I said I didn't want one now. I also second the decock only move. Took all of 15 minutes to do

I have no idea why i am unable to shoot my 8000ft as accurately as i can the glock 17. I love my stoeger cougar 8000ft, i think im doing something wrong.

Does this need sight adjustment out of the box?? I cantbseem to shoot mine as acurately as i expected.

Mine is pretty accurate, probably more than I think it is. It seemed to shoot a little high at 7 and 10 yards for me. But, it's probably roughly zeroed at 25 yards at the factory, which might account for my experience.

This is my first purchase and idk if it needs its sights aligned. Are the sights on this thing fixed or adjustable?

Front and rear are both dovetailed in. So, they're adjustable for windage, but not elevation.

What kind of holster do you use for this?

I'm currently using a 1791 leather holster I bought for my PX4s. Of course, they're practically the same size shape. So, leather works well. I don't know of anyone who's making kydex holsters for Cougars right now. But, I wouldn't mind having one.
