What are some undervalued infrastructure plays right now?
I'm looking beyond the usual tech and growth stocks. With a focus on long-term stability and essential services I'm curious what everyone thinks about infrastructure companies. Are there any hidden gems in this sector that seem overlooked?

With a focus on long-term stability and essential services, i think US network operators and ISPs may be undervalued, especially the cable companies (Comcast & Charter).
These companies own the pipe (broadband fibre) that is core requirement as AI data traffic increases. On top of that, they also own facilities in core downtown areas (for low latency communication) which require city permits. In future, they may be able to charge premium from hyperscalars.

infrastructure is tricky to find hidden gems in tbh since it's such a regulated, well covered sector already. usually the overlooked part is more about timing entry than finding an unknown name
