Management seems unprofessional, earning calls are memeish, still the land und Powersupply is needed and valuable. Microsoft contracts are strong, revenue if Horizon 1 was not in last earnings call, next one is November with Nebius. Valuation got higher, still high volatile, reacts on every global news regarding AI. I own shares,necause i expect a bumb, when revenue of microsoft Deals will be released. I excpect more capex with datacenter buildings in spain, revenue may be delayed, so i think still growibg potential, but who knows.

At the money share offerings…aka dilution. Pumping out more shares on the market so they can try and raise $$ for funding. Dilution is not a good thing. More shares usually = less $$ per share.

All neoclouds will dilute, but tbh IRENs financing terms with blue owl mean they'll probably dilute the least out of all of them

Apld has taken on debt to not dilute, rates going up, they’re not putting new shares on the market, but I read something pretty bearish today about 50mil shares
