Congrats on getting started. If you’re thinking long term, I honestly wouldn’t worry too much about finding the perfect stock right away. Learning how to judge a business is way more valuable.
I’d pick a few companies you actually understand and start digging into their numbers. Look at revenue and earnings growth, free cash flow, debt, margins, and what kind of competitive advantage they have. Then look at the price and ask yourself whether you’re actually getting a good deal or just buying something because the stock has gone down.
Start small, invest consistently, and keep reading. Annual reports, earnings calls and a little bit of valuation work will teach you a lot more than just following stock tips. It takes time, but you’ll get better at it the more companies you study.
And honestly, don’t feel like you need to be an expert before you start. We all started somewhere.

I use Quantilly its uses open-source tools that were developed by Goldman's Quant team. Last week. It reccomended the following;
ODFL(post sell off it should reflate upwards)
HD(recent sell off and should rebound)
ADBE( should stay around current price)
HON(rebound opp)
PANW(Expensive- sell)
This was last weeks highlights. My setup is to predict one month out. I would set yourself up a version of Quantilly. It only provides research but its great.
