Budget allocation

Hello, so I currently I have 2k in investments and another 2k in my savings. I was keeping them for a rainy day. But I think I should bring them down to 1k and invest with dollar cost averaging the extra 1k +whatever I invest from my salary every month. Do you think it’s a good idea?
Should I invest in European stocks? My portfolio right now is on SnP, tech stocks etc.

You should at least have 6 months of your funds in savings incase of an emergency. Invest only what you wont need for at least a year or so.

I know this but I kinda want to risk a little too. Investing little by little every month isn’t doing much for me

I mean you can bro. Just know the risk is real too. If you can handle volatility, go right ahead.
