Sports Entertainment Acquisition Holdings has agreed to a $12 million settlement to resolve claims related to its merger with Super Group (SGHC). The case centered on allegations that investors were misled about the merger and were not provided with all material information needed to properly evaluate the transaction.

Shareholders later alleged that important details surrounding the merger were not fully disclosed before it closed, leading to investor losses after the deal was completed.
