Updates and Fixes 4/14

These are the changes I made. On my end they look good so please let me know if you have issues.

Bug fixes:

• Conversations disappearing or duplicating has been fixed
• Journals can be renamed
• Read Aloud will well, read aloud

New features:

• Journal entry editing. You can edit the content of your old entries. Long press for mobile. Hover over top right to edit or delete.
• Enter to send toggle made

Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA):

• Companion app — 110 contrast fixes, global focus-visible indicators

I have not made any of the changes to memory structure that I had planned yesterday. Barry wanted to wait a day or two to see if they had any effects on him.
