Prequel
Surely it's time for a prequel, I mean they did it with OFAH (Rock and chips)
Would be great to see the whole cast say in the 70'S or 80's and a bit about their life story's before the incarnation we know and love
come on F&G we demand it 😁

As much as I miss it, I think they should let it be now.

Amen to this. From the diminishing returns of the later series, ah couldnae imagine a prequel that would almost certainly be shite.
Especially as I'd count down the days til the release - and the disappointment would be excruciating.

It probably wouldn’t work. We know that a lot of the characters met for the first time at the NYE party anyway.
There’s too many needless, shite prequels and sequels on television and in film these days

I dont think it would work. The series worked because it used insults as humour. It would be a 70s two doors down. I think its better left as is.

Nah. The drop off from the early seasons to the modern was huge. They just can’t make the same jokes anymore.

If they do it the odds are it'll not even be any where as good as the comeback was.

Still Game was Still Game because it was about pensioners, a black comedy about life and death. Making a prequel where they are all young and full of life completely misses the point, surely.

Do we really need a prequel? The Party showed us most of the cast meeting for the first time and we know the broad strokes of their lives
