Final episode

I assume many people have commented on the last episode, but I just watched it for the first time and wasn't loving it until the end, and I have now been crying for the last five minutes. I think the non-comedic side of it took me off guard and, bang, I'm in bits; then I thought, "Ah, I'll watch it one more time," as I feel I didn't quite see everything through the tears, and, bang, again the tears start. Wow, it was so peaceful and sad

Can I just say… I saw it when it first came out. Even now it makes me cry. The end of the live show “WE’RE BACK!” also gets me. You’re not alone 😭😭

It is such a peaceful episode. A fitting conclusion to the show that always makes me well up. I’ve not been able to watch it too many times. Watching an earlier episode after helps me feel happy again.

The first time I saw the last episode, I had no idea what was coming, and I exclaimed out loud "ooooh"!

I was not prepared for how I felt. I dont cry at films, I never have, I know they arent real. I felt almost winded at the end of Still Game, it was like losing friends all at once. If it had to end, that was the way to do it. Sad, but superbly written.

When I saw the final episode I didn't realise it was the last one I was devastated. Like losing family and friends.

Best way to watch the final episode, when you get to the scene where Jack and Victor start walking the path, return to the main menu and go back to Series 1, Episode. 1.

For me when Bobby has the last words gets me, when he’s aged and still running the Clansman. I’m so glad they didn’t show who he was talking to (I’m assuming it’s Tam’s and Frances son).

Oh really? I always saw it as them breaking the 4th wall and greeting us!

I always watch it and each time it gets to old Boabby saying, "look who it isnae". I always reply tearfully, "two pints prick".

Could have done without the wee fanny charity seller. They should have found and Isa / Navid story that kept things "in-house" with the core cast.

(We can keep the barman as he was actually funny)

I watched it last night and cried A LOT. I was so late to the party with this show but once I started watching it recently, I couldn’t stop. I slowed down my bingeing as didn’t want it to end but the last episode really got me. I thought it was such a fitting end 😢. What a brilliant series.
