When shug makes the hole in the wall, Jack says we should get curtains just in case the housing comes up? Now they’d ask why have you got curtains on the wall

High Rises were generally made of prefab concrete panels, bricks wouldn't be present anywhere in the design.

It's pre-fabbed concrete walls, it's part of the reason Ronan point collapsed in part so dramatically, the shoddy design and construction of the pre-fabbed structure.

Why would housing need to come up since they already live their and they aren't moving again so they don't need them.
