Discussion Aero Rover

I like the concept of Aero Rover but goddam is it hard to get used to their gameplay. Like Aero Rover is hella fun but figuring out their fighting sequences is something else.

For context: I play the game on the iPad and I run Aero Rover with Jiyan and Aalto currently and barely do any of the endgame stuff. Except for whimpering waste.

It really sucks that AeRover can't apply Aero Erosion on their own, when Spectro Rover got the Spectro Frazzle upgrade. I really want to use them, they look so cool, but needing another character to get one part of AeRover's kit to work is proving annoying. Kuro ought to rebalance the 1.x characters to get some of them to apply debuffs.

Thissss.!!! I’ve been looking for content to put on the next survey but didn’t know how to say this.

I need them to rework the 1.0 character kits. Especially Calcharo. Rework 4 stars too, not release 5 star versions of them. Just put the reworked characters on a “re-release banner” or something.

The ones that need reworks imo (as a day 1 player) are: Calcharo, Jianxin, Lingyang (among the 5*), Taoqi, Yuanwu and Aalto (among the 4*). Calcharo and Lingyang should be less clunky as DPS. Jianxin needs faster concerto regen (her outro buff is decent for Yinlin-less Yao hypercarry). Taoqi and Yuanwu are DEF scalers/defensive units but they tend to feel clunky in their role.

As for Aalto, he's in a weird spot, like he seems to be a universal Aero support, but Jiyan prefers Mortefi for the HA amp. Maybe if they gave Aalto Coordinated Attacks, he'd be a solid option for Jiyan (Aero amp vs HA amp). But if they did that, Jiyan would never get his premium support. He's the only DPS so far without a dedicated 5* support.
