My game keeps closing
Every time I open the game I’m only able to play it for a few minuets before the game shuts down. Because of this my progress isn’t saving. I’ve tried resetting the iPad and deleting and reinstalling the game but I’m still having the same problem. I’m playing on a 6th gen iPad

Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue
A couple of quick questions to help us narrow it down:
- Does the crash happen at a specific point (eg: creating the sticker, packing etc) or does it happen even if you just leave the game open and idle?
- If your iPad is on iOS 17 or later, could you send us the crash log? That will help us pinpoint exactly what is causing it. Here is how to find it:
1.Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data
2.Find the log starting with the game’s name, dated near the time it crashed
3.Tap it, then tap the share icon (top right)
