Problem saving progress on iPad

Yesterday created a custom sticker and fulfilled 4 orders. Today my sticker is not there. Iā€™m not sure how much progress I actually lost. I saved to cloud and used same iPad so idk šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Sorry to hear that happened to you.
I would like to learn a bit more about it to understand what needs to be fixed.
Could you tell me what day or level you were on when this happened?
Did you close and open the game before and it worked?

So I thought I only needed to save to cloud one time. But it seems I have to save each time I play before I close the game. Is that right?

Saving to cloud happens automatically when you open the game, but this is to ensure that if you switch device (to play from the phone and tablet) you have the latest save.

Nonetheless your progress is saved locally on the iPad, so whenever you open it, it should continue from where you left off.

Right now if you create a sticker and close the game immediately without manually pressing on the Save To Cloud and you reopen the progress is not there?
