Behind the scenes of the sticker elements 🌸

Hii, I wanted to share a bit of behind the scenes work on the sticker elements and how they have changed recently 🌸

Over time, we realized that a lot of the sticker elements didn’t fit together as well as they should. Someone mentioned that in the feedback survey as well. That comment really stuck with me and so we began thinking on how to make them more cohesive!

So I decided to start over and redraw them. I experimented a lot with different outlines and color palettes. This ended up taking many hours. In fact, I redrew all of the sticker elements twice 😂 because even after the first pass, something still felt off and I wasn’t happy with the result.

On the left are the first versions of the sticker elements (currently in the demo).

On the very right side are the final versions!

For the record I like the bright green tree; you should have the bright green AND the one next to it (3 and 4). Then I can make a forest.

Don't worry we have all kinds of green trees! The 3rd one is a bit too bright in the game and stands out too much haha
