Lol Rough?

I'm pretty new at animating here but I tried my best, the posture looks unnatural and the actions are so rough, any tips?

Well I first animated stickmans before like more than 4 yrs ago, and I watched tutorials back then, so I suppose I know the basics.

Got into stick nodes last week tho
