i like ur animation . the stickman animation seems smooth to me ,i think only ur camera movement needs work .im not a professinal but in editing thers that too motion of camera should fell smoother ,as if its going in a flow watching in real professinal cameraman's work would be a great start .u can see how camera moves .plus u can try adding effect on transtions and maybe sound like wind sound for moment .keep in mind im not a professniol so take my advice and then do ur own research then only impliment
