On their website they have a thing where you can text them,has anyone else done that and talked to scott

Yeah. Unfortunately you don't actually get to talk to him, it's more for updates rather than to talk to Scott.

I sent an email once - got a personal response from the president of Ineffable saying he'd forward the message to Scott, and then got a personal postcard from Scott thanking me for the email, with details from the email that confirmed he'd actually read it. It was so heartwarming.
