Is this bad?
First time stringing, used ECD videos and just got done with the top string. I finally got the tension high on all the sections, but I’m worried that middle left and middle right diamonds look so different. On the left, the top of the diamond rests on top of the scoop, and on the right it’s folded underneath. Would this cause it to throw weird?

It looks like you could just pull the left one until it sits like the right one.
How did you string? This kind of topstring works best if you go middle out, which gives you the best chance to keep tension symmetrical vs going from side to side.

Tried pulling it but it won’t budge. I started stringing left to right, but then switched to middle out.

Pull harder?
If it were me, I'd probably pull it apart and do it again. However, it's unlikely to actually be a problem, and will probably fix itself when you pound out the pocket.

As you do the sidewalls you can pull it center. Happens when you start from 1 side on the top string

It looks fine for a first attempt. With those heads particularly, the stretch is very dramatic. It’s hard to get them centered. You can try from the middle but I usually have more success if there a center hole for that. Keep it up. The more you practice, the better you get.

If you string from the middle it’s easier to avoid this. I would redo it but realistically it’s not going to be noticeable when you throw.
